OUR PROCESS

  • STAGE 1

Initial Contact & Site Visit

Once you decide it is time to renovate or expand your property, please contact our team, providing a overview of what you are hoping to do along with any potential assisting files, drawings or documents. We will carefully check the information you have given us and arrange a meeting with yourselves either in our showroom or on site. Any mood boards, idea books and a targeted budget will be very helpful at this stage.

  • STAGE 2

Architectural Planning

In case your don't have any of the needed documents or drawings, our inhouse architect on hand to help with this phase. As soon as you approve the finalised drawings, the architect working on your project will proceed to prepare and submit the planning application to the local council. In order to obtain planning approval, Frontierstroy will  bring on board the right structural engineer to provide structural plans for the required works. We will also assist with any party walls, all relevant neighbour consent forms and liaise with the surveyors.

  • 3RD STAGE

Tendering Process

While waiting for planning approval, we will prepare the tender for your project or alternatively go directly into quoting, if all drawings are provided. We will ensure we include everything our detailed full tender breakdown, which we will then pass onto you. Once we have addresses all of the points based on your requirements and following the planning approval we will proceed with the next necessary steps.

  • 4TH STAGE

Contract Stage

This is the phase where, having obtained your approval on the tender offer, we will proceed with preparing all of the pre-start document which include the full project specifications, the payment schedule ( should no contract administrator be appointed) and most importantly the JCT contract.

  • 5TH STAGE

The Build Process

We are very proud that the majority of our team are in- house, except for heating engineers and some specialist contractors. For the duration of the building stage, our project managers will monitor all temporary works, ensure that the site is compliant with health and safety and manage of of the liaison with the council and building control. Our experienced team will constantly check the standard and quality of the work being carried out and provide you with regular updates and on-site meetings to keep you posted on the program.

  • 6TH STAGE

Bespoke Finishes

Choosing the furniture for your future home might seem a little overwhelming at first. Luckily our team will be there to help with the right suppliers and finishes for your home (such as bespoke joinery, furniture, appliances, lighting, electrics, flooring, bathroom sanitary ware, tiles etc) to meet your targeted budget. We will also create a procurement program to follow.
